Terms of Use (EULA)

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, LaneLogic grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install, and use the App on a mobile device or via a web browser that you own or control, for your own personal or club use.

This licence does not include any right to resell, sublicense, or otherwise distribute the App. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved by LaneLogic.

You may use the App to track swimming training, manage swimmer profiles and personal bests, decode meet packs, discover upcoming meets, manage club spaces, and access AI-assisted swimming tools.

Parents and coaches may create and manage swimmer profiles on behalf of children in their care. By doing so, you confirm that you have the authority to do so and consent to the processing of that child's data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the App.
• Copy, distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, or lend the App to any third party.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on or in the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the App without our prior written consent.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent swimmer times or data to the App.

Apple App Store

If you access the App via the Apple App Store, the following additional terms apply:

• This Agreement is between you and LaneLogic only, not Apple.
• LaneLogic, not Apple, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In-app purchases are made through Apple's billing system and are subject to Apple's terms.
• If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
• You are responsible for compliance with any applicable third-party terms when using the App.

Your use of the App via the Apple App Store is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA (End User Licence Agreement for Apple's iTunes/App Store services).

Google Play Store

If you access the App via the Google Play Store, the following additional terms apply:

• This Agreement is between you and LaneLogic only, not Google.
• LaneLogic, not Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
• Google has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
• In-app purchases are made through Google Play Billing and are subject to Google's terms.

Your use of the App via the Google Play Store is also subject to Google's Google Play Terms of Service.

The App offers both free and paid subscription plans (Plus, Pro, and Club). Paid plans unlock additional features as described on the Pricing page within the App.

Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings or via the billing portal in the App.

Free trial. New users may be eligible for a 14-day free trial of a paid plan. The trial provides the full features of the selected plan. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged. You will not be charged during the trial period.

Refunds. Refunds for in-app purchases are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. Refunds for web subscriptions are handled at our discretion — contact us at contact@lanelogicswim.com.

You retain ownership of all content you submit to the App (swimmer profiles, training logs, messages, meet entries, etc.). By submitting content, you grant LaneLogic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and process that content for the purpose of operating the App and providing its features to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any content you share in a Club Space is appropriate for that audience and does not violate any third party's rights.

The App includes AI-assisted features such as meet pack decoding, performance analysis, and the Parent Translator. These features may produce inaccurate or incomplete results. You must independently verify any output before relying on it. LaneLogic is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LaneLogic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

LaneLogic is a support tool and does not provide professional coaching advice. Always consult a qualified coach or professional before making decisions about training, health, or competition.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaneLogic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £50 if you have not paid any fees.

You may stop using the App and close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, including if you breach this Agreement. Upon termination, all licences granted to you cease immediately.

We may update this Agreement from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
